有机性粉尘的危害,目前认识不一,更无统一命名,烟草尘是有机性粉尘之类,但与其他有机性粉尘有不同点,主要含有烟碱等有害物质,成份较复杂。为探讨烟草尘对呼吸系的危害,对478名接触烟草尘工人拍胸片,选用当地烟草公司、工艺社中不接尘或少接尘,性别、年龄及吸烟比例相似的健康人群为本文对照组。以1986年我国公布尘肺诊断标准片为本文比较胸片诊断,把每张标准片分为三点诊
