采用一种新型电泳方法,研究了山东省小麦生产上重要品种的电泳图谱特征。莱州953、鲁麦14、鲁麦15、烟农15和鲁麦1号品种蛋白图谱的特征谱带分别是1.45cm、1.65cm、6.15cm、7.15cm和5.55cm。它们的图谱符合系数在49.35%~68.75%。这种电泳技术分离性能强,能将来自同一组合的鲁麦5号、鲁麦8号和鲁麦11相互区别开。这3个品种的符合系数高达60%~71.88%,表明遗传上非常相似。这些在小麦种子检验和杂交育种中将有着重要意义。
A novel electrophoresis method was used to study the electrophoretogram characteristics of important wheat cultivars in Shandong Province. The characteristic bands of the protein profiles of Laizhou 953, Lumai 14, Lumai 15, Yannong 15 and Lumai 1 were 1.45cm, 1.65cm, 6.15cm, 7.15cm and 5.55cm, respectively. Their maps fit the coefficients between 49.35% and 68.75%. This electrophoretic separation performance is strong, can be distinguished from the same combination of Lumai 5, Lumai 8 and Luomai 11. The coincidence coefficients of these three cultivars are as high as 60% to 71.88%, indicating that they are very similar in genetics. These are of great importance in wheat seed testing and crossbreeding.
