目的探究在社区护理中,对老年高血压患者采用不同护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至12月之间,在我社区医院接受治疗的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法进行分组,其中,实验组52例,采用社区优质护理方案进行护理,对照组48例,采用常规护理方法进行护理。比较两组患者的正确服药率以及血压控制情况。结果实验组正确服药率为96.15%、血压控制率为100%,对照组正确服药率为81.25%、血压控制率为79.17%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在社区护理中实施优质护理服务比实施常规护理服务效果更理想,适合推行。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing interventions on elderly hypertensive patients in community nursing. METHODS: One hundred elderly hypertensive patients treated in our community hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. Random number table method used to group, of which, the experimental group of 52 cases, the use of community quality care programs for care, control group of 48 patients, the use of routine nursing care. Correct medication rates and blood pressure control were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the correct medication rate was 96.15%, the blood pressure control rate was 100%, the control group was 81.25%, and the blood pressure control rate was 79.17%. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of quality nursing services in community nursing is more effective than the implementation of routine nursing services and is suitable for implementation.
