氢气、一氧化碳、甲烷是中学阶段最常用的可燃性气体,它们在使用之前均要检验纯度。本文将它们的检验纯度的方法(以下简称验纯方法)进行实验探究、归纳,并作分析、比较。一、气体的验纯方法1.氢气的验纯方法氢气的爆炸极限(氢气在混合气体中的体积分数)为:下限4%,上限75%。不同体积分数的氢气的混合气体点燃时的现象如表一所示(所用的验纯试管规格15mm×150 mm,容积为20 mL)。
