引入目标管理是高职院校深化体制机制改革、创新内部管理现代化的有效举措。分析高职院校实行绩效目标评价的目的意义,以及高职院校绩效管理存在的主要问题,并提出建立科学完善的高职院校绩效目标评价体系的要求和举措。
The introduction of target management is an effective measure to deepen the reform of the system and mechanism and to modernize the internal management in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the significance of performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges and the main problems in performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges. The author also puts forward the requirements and measures for establishing a scientific appraisal system of performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges.
