省级药品集中招标采购政策已实施两年多,为对该政策效果进行评估,选择该政策目标中的降低药价和减轻群众药费负担作用为评估指标,收集相关统计数据,从实证的角度对省级药品集中招标采购政策效果进行评价。研究发现该政策实施后并没有显著降低药价,也无法控制群众药费负担的增长。
