百年大计,教育为本。学前教育作为基础教育中的基础,关系到整个教育事业的发展,关系到国民素质的提高和民族的振兴。党的十七大报告明确提出要“重视学前教育”。为促进我省学前教育事业又快又好地发展,省人大党组成员、省政府顾问唐之享同志亲自带队赴苏、沪调研,撰写了近万字的调研报告,对苏、沪学前教育的发展现状与经验进行全面总结,并将我省学前教育与之进行比较,寻找其中的差距,在此基础上提出了富有针对性、启发性的对策与建议。对此,省委书记张春贤同志表示高度关注,省长周强、省委副书记梅克保、副省长郭开朗等同志作了重要批示。本刊特此全文刊发唐之享同志的调研报告及有关领导的批示,以供教育行政部门领导、广大教育工作者及社会有识之士学习。
Education is the foundation. As a foundation in basic education, pre-school education has a bearing on the development of the entire educational field and on the improvement of the quality of the people and the rejuvenation of the nation. The report of the 17th CPC National Congress made it clear that we should “emphasize pre-school education.” In order to promote the pre-school education in our province to develop quickly and soundly, Comrade Tang Zixian, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and provincial government consultant, personally led and went to study in Jiangsu and Shanghai and wrote a nearly 10,000-word research report on the development of preschool education in Jiangsu and Shanghai And the experience of a comprehensive summary of pre-school education in our province compared with them, looking for the gap between them, on this basis, put forward specific and inspiring countermeasures and suggestions. In response, Comrade Zhang Chunxian, secretary of the provincial party committee, expressed his great concern that Governor Zhou Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mei Kebao, and Vice Governor Guo Kailan and other comrades made important instructions.
