目的:查阅近15年采用艾灸辅助治疗恶性腹腔积液的研究文献,对艾灸治疗恶性腹腔积液的思路及方法进行整理,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:以恶性腹腔积液、恶性腹水、癌性腹水及艾灸、灸法、灸为主题词,检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、Medline、西文生物医学期刊文献数据库近15年来相关文献,并进行统计分析。结果:严格按照纳入排除标准筛选后,最终有9篇文献纳入分析。结论:经分析,艾灸恶性腹腔积液具有一定的疗效,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To review the literature about adjuvant treatment of malignant ascites with moxibustion in the past 15 years, and to organize the ideas and methods of moxibustion in the treatment of malignant ascites, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: With the malignant ascites, malignant ascites, cancerous ascites and moxibustion, moxibustion, moxibustion as the keyword, search CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Database, Medline, Western literature of biomedical journals Database of the past 15 years of relevant literature, and statistical analysis. Results: After screened strictly according to inclusion criteria, 9 articles were finally included in the analysis. Conclusion: After analysis, malignant ascites with moxibustion has certain curative effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
