应用体外细胞培养方法，研究了雷公藤内酯醇（Triptolide，Tri）对小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖活性的影响。结果表明：Tri对ConA激活的淋巴细胞转化及特异性抗原激活的混合淋巴细胞反应均有明显抑制作用，抑制作用的强度与Tri的应用剂量及时机有关。
The effect of triptolide (Tri) on the proliferation of mouse T lymphocytes was studied by in vitro cell culture. The results showed that Tri had significant inhibitory effect on ConA-activated lymphocyte transformation and mixed antigen-activated mixed lymphocyte reaction, and the inhibitory effect was related to the dosage of Tri and the timing.
