我们于1989年9月对柳河县某小学8～9岁329名儿童(男144名,女185名)进行生长发育及营养状况调查,并测定Hb及RBC数。随机抽取43名(男19名,女24名)进行膳食调查;89名(男42名,女47名)做尿肌酐、尿核黄素和抗坏血酸测定。调查方法膳食调查:取3日随时记录法。按食物成份表计算营养素摄入量,以1985年5月修订的标准为评价标准。实验室检查:Hb、RBC取耳垂血,应用日本产血液
In September 1989, we investigated the growth and nutritional status of 329 children (144 males and 185 females) aged 8-9 in a primary school in Liuhe County and determined the number of Hb and RBC. A total of 43 men (19 males and 24 females) were randomly selected for dietary investigation. 89 (male 42, female 47) urine creatinine, urine riboflavin and ascorbic acid were measured.
