公安执法动机问题研究有理论价值和实践价值。动机研究的基础范畴如概念、条件、功能是其起点,动机理论的学术观点是其理论基础。该研究从微观入手分析民警个体执法动机样态,通过对当前公安执法动机典型样态的描述和分析,进而推演和建构以驱力、诱因、个体认知为要素的公安执法动机模型,探讨法治理念视野下的公安执法动机培育的最佳路径,实现公安执法行为的法制化和规范化目的。
