外商投资北京市企业,很好,但是,要注意其间的逃避税…… 外商投资企业故意压低出口产品价格,抬高进口设备、原材料价格从而降低企业的利润,甚至造成企业亏损的假象,以达到逃避我国税收的目的。外商低价出口的产品,转手又在国际市场上高价出售,赚取巨额利润,已成为一个不可忽视的问题。外商压低出口产品价格,抬高进口原材料价格,从一高一低中把利润转移到国外,这不仅造成中方合作者及我税收的巨大损失,而且由于其税负的减少,导致成本降低,形成与我国内出口企业的不公平竞争。这类外商投资企业出口产口有些属于西方反倾销商品,而且其产品的最终国际销售市场基本上是我国内企业出口产品的传统市场,与我国内企业的出口产口形成价格竞争,影响我外贸形象。分析外资企业压低出口产品价格的起因、目的、特点等,寻求治理对策,遏制外商投资企业的逃避税行为,对于维护中方合作者利益,增加我税收,对于规范外商投资企业的行为,建立良好的经济竞争秩序,对于维护我出口企业的利益、缓解目前我外贸企业所遇到的压力,对于更好地利用外资,竖立外资企业的良好形象等,关系重大。
