Soybean cyst nematode (SCN, Heterodera glycines) in many parts of the world, can cause a significant reduction in soybean yield and quality. Natural biological control plays a very important role in the mediation of soybean cyst nematode population. In this study, we investigated the relationship between the parasitism bacterial community structure of soybean cyst nematode and the continuous cropping years of soybean. In 2010 and 2011, soil samples from 6 plots of soybean continuous cropping from 2 years to 41 years were collected. The population density of soybean cyst nematode was determined.
