结合科技期刊编辑工作的特点,依据普通心理学的原理探讨了情感在科技期刊编辑部管理中的运用方法及重要性,并就情感运用时应注意的问题进行了分析讨论。
Combining with the characteristics of editorial work of sci-tech periodicals, this paper discusses the method and importance of using emotion in the editorial department of sci-tech periodicals according to the principle of general psychology, and analyzes and discusses the issues that should be paid attention to when applying affection.
