国家助学金评定过程中存在的问题,严重影响了国家助学金评定的效果.本文分析了目前评定工作中存在的贫困学生认定困难、大学生诚信流失、贫困学生对国家助学金存在依赖思想的问题,尝试性的提出解决问题的途径:严把贫困学生认定关口,谨防伪贫困学生“浑水摸鱼”;加强大学生诚信教育工作,树立良好品质,弘扬传统美德;转变国家助学金资助方式,改“无偿资助”变“部分偿还”.“,”Problems exist in national scholarship evaluation process, serious impact on the assessment of national grants effect.This paper analyzes the existing evaluation in current work of poor students to recognize the difficulty, college student credit loss, poor students of the state grants have the dependent mentality problem, try to solve the problems of poverty students:strict identification mark, like security“fish in troubled waters”poor students;strengthen the honesty education of college students work, establish a good quality, to carry forward the traditional virtues;transition countries grant,“grant”become“part of the reimbursement”.
