In this paper, corneal endothelium microscopy was used to analyze the transparent penetrating corneal endothelial cells in 88 eyes. The age range of recipients was between 11 and 63 years old. The first group consisted of 47 implants (donor age under 10 years, mean 2.3 years); the second group, 41 implants (donor age 10 years and older, mean 28.7 years). The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the change of endothelial density and the year of donor, the time from death to operation and the time after operation. The decrease in the number of endothelial cells in the grafts occurred within one year after transplantation, 27.0% at 3 months, 40.9% at 1 year, 11.6% at 1-4 years, and at 4 years after operation Constant and achieve a relatively stable environment. Juvenile ophthalmic group of endothelial loss rate and literature similar. The information in this paper also shows that maintaining the relatively high endothelial cell density in juvenile ophthalmic implants remains for at least one year. Comparing the two groups of implants, the average density of implanted endothelial cells within 3 months and 3 months to 1 year after operation were highly significant (t-test, P <0.001, P <0.005, respectively) After 1 year, there was no significant difference in average endothelial cell density between the two groups. Morphological analysis of pleomorphic endothelial cells in both groups showed that there was no significant difference in the percentages of various types of cells between the two groups, but there was a significant difference between the percentage of hexagonal cells and other cells in the same group Significant negative correlation.
