近日,南京工艺装备制造厂出台了高级技师、技师和技工培训聘用新政策。政策规定:对现在一线生产岗位或其他岗位有望回一线生产岗位的、具有两年以上工龄、工作负责、肯钻研技术的工人,由企业根据需要分别组织有计划的高级技工、技师资格和高级技师资格培训。获得相应资格证书后,企业履行聘用手续,在一定岗位上担任高级技师或技师,对受聘的高级技师和技师给予享受岗位津贴的待遇。技师聘用政策的出台,在该厂职工中引起了积极的反响。企业有关部门走访了原获国家劳动部高级技师证书的高级技师、有望获得这次技师培训资格的
