我国高职的校企合作在培养生产、建设、服务第一线的技术应用型人才进行了大胆的改革和探索,在实践中发挥了重大的作用,取得了多方面的成功。但目前的校企合作仍然存在许多问题。笔者认为,应选准“校企合作”的切入点,建立科学、公正、合理的利益分配机制,充分发挥政府的协调作用,调动校企双方的主动性,才能使校企合作的模式得以优化。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in our country has made bold reforms and explorations in cultivating skilled personnel in the field of production, construction and service. It has played a significant role in practice and has achieved many successes. However, there are still many problems with the current cooperation between schools and enterprises. The author believes that we should select the appropriate “school-enterprise cooperation” entry point, establish a scientific, fair and reasonable distribution of benefits, give full play to the coordination role of the government, mobilize the initiative of both school-enterprise cooperation in order to make the mode of school-enterprise cooperation Be optimized.
