一、应用 多道分析器(以下简称多道)是把射线产生的脉冲信号按幅度大小分类,获取幅度分布数据,也可获取时间、空间分布数据,并对数据进行处理和输出。因而多道分析器的应用十分广泛,它是射线测量的必不可少的工具,在其它测量技术中也得到许多应用。 在核物理测量方面,多道与闪烁、半导体探测器配合组成α、β、γ能谱仪和飞行时间谱仪,进行能谱分析和射线甄别。如对离核爆中心几千公里远的地方收集空气中尘埃样品进行核素能谱分析,可以测出核爆的类型和吨级。利用多道测量沟道效应和穆斯堡尔效应,可以研究物质内部的结构等。
Application Multi-channel analyzer (hereinafter referred to as multi-channel) is the pulse generated by the pulse signal amplitude classification, access to the amplitude distribution of data, but also access to time and space distribution of data, and data processing and output. Therefore, multi-channel analyzer is widely used. It is an indispensable tool for ray measurement. It has also got many applications in other measurement technologies. In nuclear physics measurement, multi-channel and flicker, semiconductor detectors with the composition of α, β, γ spectrometer and time-of-flight spectrometer for energy spectrum analysis and ray screening. For example, the energy spectrum of nuclear dust samples collected from the air thousands of kilometers away from the nuclear explosion center can be used to determine the type and tonnage of nuclear explosions. Using multi-channel measurement of channel effects and Mossbauer effect, we can study the internal structure of matter.
