通过对崇明岛芦笋茎枯病的症状及生物学特性研究,初步确定该病原菌为(PhomopsisasparagiSacc.)。生物学特性研究表明,该病原菌菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为15~30℃,最适温度20~25℃;最适pH值为6。分生孢子在水滴中不萌发,致死温度为49℃10min。12h光暗交替利于菌丝生长和分生孢子的产生。用平板法和纸叠法对10种杀菌剂进行抑菌效果测定,结果表明75%达科宁700倍液抑制效果最好,其次是65%好生灵500倍液,而12.5%的力克菌3000倍液效果最差。
By studying the symptoms and biological characteristics of asparagus stem blight in Chongming Island, the pathogen was identified as (Phomopsis asparagi Sacc.). The study of biological characteristics showed that the suitable temperature range for mycelial growth of this pathogen was 15-30 ℃, the optimum temperature was 20-25 ℃, and the optimum pH value was 6. Conidia did not germinate in water droplets, lethal temperature was 49 ℃ 10min. 12h light and dark alternately conducive to mycelial growth and conidia production. The antibacterial activity of the 10 fungicides was tested by the plate method and the paper stack method. The results showed that the best inhibition was achieved with 700% Dakonic 700 times, followed by 500 times of 65% good life, and 12.5% Lectin 3000 Times the worst effect.
