北京栽培白蘑菇病害的研究

1979~1980年进行箱式栽培白蘑菇的试验,并同时调查对比病害发生情况,和采用各种措施的效果。只进行前发酵的培养料,出现的有害杂菌有Papulospora byssina Hoston、Scopulariopsis fimicola(Cost.& Matr.)Vuill、Chaetomium olivaceumCooke 和Trichoderma viride Fries。二次发酵后的培养料发菌阶段和复盖材料上出现杂菌有Aphanoascus sp.、Pyronema domestica(Sow.)、Pezizaostreaoderma Korf 和线虫病Ditylenchus myceliophagus Goody、Aphelen-choides composticola Franklin。为害子实体的病害有Verticillium fungicolaProuss.、Mycogone perniciosa Magn.和Pseudomonas tolaasi Paine。另外病毒病和其他病害也偶有发生。作者认为在菇房和管理条件差的情况下,采取培养料二次发酵,复盖材料经60℃蒸汽灭菌,菇房消毒卫生措施,及时采取相应措施清除病原物,可以争取一定程度的高产。 From 1979 to 1980, white-mushroom cultivation was carried out on a box-type. Meanwhile, the occurrence of the disease was compared and the effect of adopting various measures was investigated. Only pre-fermented culture medium, the emergence of harmful bacteria Papulospora byssina Hoston, Scopulariopsis fimicola (Cost. & Matr.) Vuill, Chaetomium olivaceumCooke and Trichoderma viride Fries. Bacteria found in the stage of fermentation and the covering material after secondary fermentation include Aphanoascus sp., Pyronema domestica (Sow.), Pezizaostreaoderma Korf and nematode Ditylenchus myceliophagus Goody, Aphelen-choides composticola Franklin. Diseases of pest entities are Verticillium fungicola Prouss., Mycogone perniciosa Magn. And Pseudomonas tolaasi Paine. In addition, viral diseases and other diseases occur occasionally. According to the author’s opinion, under the condition of poor housekeeping and poor management conditions, the secondary fermentation of culture material is adopted, the steaming sterilization of the covering material at 60 ℃ and the sanitation measures of Gu Fang disinfection are taken and the corresponding measures are taken to remove the pathogen in time so as to strive for a certain degree of high yield .
