目的:对灰毡毛忍冬茎叶化学成分进行研究。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR、MS1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬茎叶中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:马钱子苷(Ⅰ)、马钱子苷酸(Ⅱ)、莫罗忍冬苷(Ⅲ)7、-O-乙基莫罗忍冬苷(Ⅳ)、东莨菪素(Ⅴ)、咖啡酸(Ⅵ)、绿原酸(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,所有化合物均是首次从该植物茎叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of stem and leaf of Lonicera macranthoides. Methods: The compounds were separated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified based on their spectral data (IR, MS1, H-NMR1,3C-NMR) and chemical methods. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Pinus macrosophylla, and were identified as strychnine (Ⅰ), strychnine (Ⅱ), moronoglucoside (Ⅲ) 7, -O- (Ⅳ), scopolamine (Ⅴ), caffeic acid (Ⅵ), chlorogenic acid (Ⅶ), β-sitosterol (Ⅷ) and daucosteride Ⅸ. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time. All the compounds were isolated from stems and leaves of this plant for the first time.
