肝细胞肽治疗病毒性肝炎的临床观察

1993年3月～1994年10月我们应用肝细胞肽(HCP)治疗病毒性肝炎68例,按随机化原则与同期60例病毒性肝炎基础治疗作对照。结果:治疗组病死率29.63％,对照组52％,两组差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。

From March 1993 to October 1994, we applied hepatocyte peptide (HCP) to treat 68 cases of viral hepatitis, according to the principle of randomization and 60 cases of viral hepatitis during the same period as a control. Results: The case fatality rate was 29.63% in the treatment group and 52% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01).
