文中论述了电子探针标准样品在定量分析中的重要作用,概述了统一探针定量分析计量标准的标准化工作:统一术语和概念;制定规范;制备、发放标样以及确立定量分析标准化方法。首先提出了探针标样的6个类,四个型和种的概念以及按发放单位来分级的办法,即国际、国家、部门三级。相应地编制了探针标样周期表以指导制备标样方向和定量分析。最后,对如何制备符合“GB—4930—85电子探针分析标准样品通用技术条件”的标准样品提出了应注意的几个问题,即:标样材料选择,清洁性,代表性和一致性,定值和配套。
In this paper, the important role of electronic probe standard sample in quantitative analysis is discussed. The standardization work of uniform probe quantitative analysis standard is outlined. Unified terms and concepts, specification, preparation, standardization and standardization of quantitative analysis are outlined. First proposed the probe standard sample of six categories, four types and species concept and by the issuing unit to grading approach, namely, international, national, departmental level three. Correspondingly, a probe standard periodic table was prepared to guide the preparation of standard directions and quantitative analysis. Finally, several problems that should be noticed about how to prepare standard samples conforming to the “GB-4930-85 Standard Specification for Electron Probe Analysis Standard Samples” are as follows: standard material selection, cleanliness, representativeness and consistency, Value and support.
