目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法：全部病例采用单盲对照观察，对照组 ３５ 例采用西医常规疗法，改善微循环，刺激骨髓造血机能及调节免疫机制；治疗组 ５３ 例在西医常规疗法基础上加服健脾补肾、清热凉血的中药制剂。结果：对照组有效率６８６％ ，治疗组有效率８８７％ ，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ００５）。结论：采用健脾补肾、养血止血的方法在改善症状、提高骨髓造血机能上取得一定疗效，并辅以清热凉血、活血化瘀，达到祛瘀生新的目的；中西医结合治疗可以明显提高再生障碍性贫血的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods: All the cases were observed by single-blind control.
