本文提出用铠装式热电偶测试机枪连续射击时枪管壁内及外表面温度的方法。并根据枪管横断面温度场的特性,提出了膛面温度的推算方法。本方法的优点是不需破坏枪管,使甩方便,已成功地用于多种机枪。
This paper presents a method of using armored thermocouple to test the temperature inside and outside the barrel wall when a machine gun fires continuously. According to the characteristics of the temperature field in the cross section of the barrel, a method of estimating the temperature of the breech is proposed. The advantage of this method is that it does not need to damage the barrel and makes the rejection convenient. It has been successfully used in many machine guns.
