用S-100蛋白质抗体对31例正常大肠粘膜、54例大肠腺瘤和7例早期大肠癌标本进行免疫组化染色.结果发现大肠腺瘤和早期大肠癌组织树突状细胞(DC)较正常大肠粘膜明显增多(P<0.01 ).大肠腺瘤组织内DC和淋巴细胞相伴浸润,在绒毛状腺瘤及中、重度不典型增生和局部癌变的腺瘤DC明显增多.提示DC增多和腺瘤恶变有关,DC可能识别腺瘤恶变过程中产生的肿瘤抗原,在局部抗肿瘤免疫中发挥起始作用.动态定量检测腺瘤DC可能有助于早期大肠癌的诊断.
Immunohistochemical staining of 31 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, 54 cases of colorectal adenoma, and 7 cases of early colorectal cancer with S-100 protein antibody. Results showed that dendritic cells (DC) in colorectal adenoma and early colorectal cancer tissue were normal. Intestinal mucous membranes increased significantly (P<0.01). DCs and lymphocytes infiltrated in colorectal adenomas, and adenomas increased significantly in villous adenomas and moderate-to-severe atypical hyperplasia and localized cancerous adenomas, suggesting increased DC and adenomas. With respect to malignancy, DC may recognize tumor antigens produced during the malignant transformation of adenomas and play an initial role in local anti-tumor immunity. Dynamic quantitative detection of adenomas DCs may be helpful in the diagnosis of early colorectal cancer.
