戴成华,重庆綦江人,成都军区联勤部川藏兵站部政治部干事。中国人民解放军美术、书法研究院创作员,四川省美术家协会理事,雅安市美术家协会副主席。戴成华,1965年出生于重庆綦江,1981年从军来到川藏线。33年来,他随部队执行进藏运输任务120多趟,与战友们踏冰卧雪、风餐露宿,足迹遍及雪域荒漠、哨卡村寨。这一过程中,他用相机、用画笔、用心海记录下川藏线的大山大水,也记录下高原的变迁和发展。川藏线上那无数的
