用免疫组织化学方法及单克隆抗体CD4、CD8、CD3、I2、Tac对30例GD患者和22例HT患者甲状腺内浸润淋巴细胞进行观察。结果表明GD或HT的甲状腺内CD+4T细胞数量均高于CD8+T细胞;HT甲状腺内CD8+T细胞、I2+细胞、Tac+细胞百分数量显著高于GD甲状腺内相应细胞的百分数量。活化的淋巴细胞与血中TGA和MCA水平呈显著正相关。结合GD与HT的病理改变,提示HT甲状腺内免疫反应较GD时更为激烈,CD8+T细胞在HT中的作用可能更为重要,甲状腺活化的淋巴细胞与自身抗体产生具有密切关系。
Immunohistochemistry and monoclonal antibodies CD4, CD8, CD3, I2, Tac in 30 patients with GD and 22 patients with thyroid infiltration of lymphocytes were observed. The results showed that the number of CD + 4T cells in thyroid of GD or HT was higher than that of CD8 + T cells. The percentages of CD8 + T cells, I2 + cells and Tac + cells in HT thyroid were significantly higher than that in GD thyroid. Activated lymphocytes and blood TGA and MCA levels were significantly positive correlation. Combined with the pathological changes of GD and HT, it is suggested that the immune response in HT is more intense than that in GD. The role of CD8 + T cells in HT may be more important. Thyroid activated lymphocytes are closely related to the production of autoantibodies.
