为了积极培育和实践社会主义核心价值观,大力弘扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神,“海南西部中心医院志愿者协会”于2016年12月06日注册成立。2016年12月09日,在院务委员吴开毅、医务科主任黄建国的带领下,志愿者协会14名志愿者(眼科、脊柱外科、神经内科、综合内科、针灸理疗科资深专家及护理人员)来到儋州市那大敬老院开展以“医养结合,为老服务”为主题的义诊志愿服务活动。
