以森林防火瞭望塔视频监控设备为硬件基础,在地理信息技术平台上仅使用单个瞭望塔回传数据进行火点定位算法研究。运用穷举搜索法判断DEM(数字高程模型)图层地形剖面上的火点位置,并根据山区地形多变的特点,使用曲线拟合法得到不同坡度时的搜索步长插值函数。实地试验表明,本自动定位方法的精度可以满足林火监控的实际需求,成为提升我国森林火灾应急指挥管理智能化水平的点睛之笔。
Taking the forest fire watch tower video surveillance equipment as the hardware foundation, the single observatory return data is used to study the fire locating algorithm on the geographic information technology platform. The exhaustive search method was used to determine the location of the fire point on the terrain profile of DEM (Digital Elevation Model). According to the characteristics of mountainous terrain, the curve interpolation method was used to obtain the interpolation function of search step at different slopes. Field tests show that the accuracy of the automatic positioning method can meet the actual needs of forest fire monitoring and become the crowning touch of enhancing the intelligent level of emergency command and management in China’s forest fires.
