影响牙轮钻头轴承系统寿命的因素很多,除轴承结构、材料、加工工艺以及可靠的密封外,采用卓有成效的添加剂以减小摩擦磨损,也是提高轴承系统寿命的关键措施之一。因此,我们选用“万灵霸”添加剂配合在钻头现用润滑脂中进行模拟试验,对比其抗磨损性能,以期提高牙轮钻头轴承系统的寿命。试验结果表明,加入“万灵霸”全能高效添加剂后,平均减小磨损20.9%,证明该添加剂是有效的,不言而喻,在其它同类恶劣工况下使用该添加剂也必然有效。 一、“万灵霸”添加剂对比试验 1.试验目的 通过试验,对比分析现用钻头润滑脂加入“万灵霸”添加剂前后的抗磨损性能,作出评价。 2.试验方法
