十八届三中全会以后,国有企业改革进入深化阶段,2015年8月中共中央发布《深化国有企业改革的指导意见》,明确稳妥推进国有企业发展混合所有制经济,提高国有资本配置和运行效率,这极大推动了国有企业混合所有制经济发展步伐,但同时作为国有企业发展混合所有制经济一直存在不小的问题,本文旨在研究国有企业混合所有制企业公司治理问题下,从国有企业混合所有制企业治理结构设计和治理机制安排两方面提出了国有企业混合所有制企业治理设计要点和构思。
