Norplant是目前第一个用于女性计划生育的皮下埋植缓释系统,植入皮下后24小时便可以产生避孕效果。1984年WHO已确认Norplant埋植剂是一种高效、高可逆、安全而又长效的避孕剂,目前世界上已有50多个国家和地区使用。现将我院1989年10月至1990年9月应用并随访满1年的226例临床情况报告如下。 材 料 与 方 法 一、材料:所用的埋植剂是由人口理事会提供,芬兰来乐氏(Leiras)药厂生产的Norplant-6(即Ⅰ型)。每份药由6根硅胶药管组成,每管内装左旋18甲基炔诺酮结品36mg,总量为216mg。 二、方法:于月经期第1～5天内埋植,一般选择在左上臂内侧,局麻下在预定部位,切开皮肤约2mm,用特制10号套管针经皮肤切口将埋植剂逐根放入皮下,呈扇形分布。术后发给月经卡,并嘱受术者将月经
