人力资源作为资源之一,是企业发展的核心,为了企业可持续发展就必须将人力资源开发出来,人力资源带来最有价值的发挥,最有效的运用,促进企业的发展。民营企业在激烈的市场竞争中要想获得长足发展必需加强企业人力资源管理。本文通过对民营企业人力资源管理的分析,指出了人力资源在民营企业中存在的影响、企业健康发展的问题和弊端,在此基础上,提出了完善和加强民营企业人力资源管理的对策。
As one of the resources, human resources is the core of enterprise development. In order to sustainable development of enterprises, human resources must be developed, human resources bring the most valuable play, the most effective use, and promote the development of enterprises. Private enterprises in the fierce competition in the market in order to obtain great development necessary to strengthen human resources management. Based on the analysis of human resource management in private enterprises, this paper points out the influence of human resources in private enterprises and the problems and malpractices of the healthy development of enterprises. On this basis, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve and strengthen human resource management in private enterprises.
