加强校内\\\"生产性\\\"顶岗实训教学是当前我国中、高职院校大力推行的\\\"工学结合,突出实践能力培养,改革人才培养\\\"的教学模式。本文主要分析了当前中、高职院校生产性实训教学的基本思路、管理机制和所见成效,进而详细探讨了校内\\\"生产性\\\"顶岗实训教学模式的创新发展。
To strengthen the \"productive \\\" teaching in the university is one of the teaching modes that \"the integration of work and study, the cultivation of practical ability, and the reform of personnel training\" are vigorously promoted in middle vocational and high vocational colleges in our country at present. This paper mainly analyzes the basic train of thought, management mechanism and results of productive practical teaching in secondary vocational colleges at present, and then discusses in detail the innovation and development of practical teaching mode of \"productive\" posts in schools.
