近年来我国经济发展速度飞快,生活质量在不断提高,各地城乡范围内机动车数量增长幅度逐年提升,随之而来的是人们交通出行安全隐患日益实现,各类交通事故层出不穷,给交通部门的管理提出新的要求和挑战。本论文研究在以JSP和Web的体系结构模型的基础上建立交通违章管理系统平台,使驾驶员自主在网上查询交通违章的所有信息,在一定程度上起到警示和纠正违章行为的作用。
