为深入贯彻落实国家、北京市及朝阳区加强班主任队伍建设的精神,总结学区内优秀班主任成功经验,提炼优秀班主任教育思想,促进班主任专业化发展,充分发挥学区的管理、指导功能,幸福村学区于2006年9月26日成立了骨干班主任研究组,后改名为幸福村学区班主任成长工作坊。工作坊围绕着班主任在工作中遇到的个性和共性问题,借助五大途径——读书学习、专家引领、自主研修、同伴互动、榜样示范,加强对优秀班主任队伍的培养,促进班主任队伍的专业化发展。
