目的 探讨HCC中p2 1WAF1与p5 3的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化法检测 38例手术切取的HCC及其配对癌旁肝组织、5例正常肝组织中p2 1WAF1和p5 3的表达 ,并分析它们与病理形态的关系。结果 p2 1WAF1、p5 3在HCC中的表达明显高于癌旁肝组织 ,p2 1WAF1阳性 14例 (36 8% ) ,p5 3阳性 2 8例 (73 7% ) ,其中两者表达一致 (均阳或均阴 )的 18例 ,表达不一致的 2 0例。癌旁肝组织 1例 (2 6% )、正常肝组织 2例p2 1WAF1呈阳性表达 ,所有癌旁及正常肝组织中均未见p5 3表达。HCC中p2 1WAF1表达与p5 3表达无明显关系 (P >0 0 5 )。在不同组织学分级、有无肝内转移或门脉癌栓之间p2 1WAF1、p5 3表达差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 p2 1WAF1与p5 3在癌内表达均高于癌旁 ,但两者间并无相关性 ,提示p2 1WAF1表达可能受p5 3依赖和p5 3非依赖性两种途径调节
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of p21WAF1 and p53 in HCC. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p2 1WAF1 and p53 in 38 cases of surgically resected HCC and matched paired paraneoplastic liver tissues and 5 cases of normal liver tissues, and their relationship with pathological morphology was analyzed. Results The expression of p2 1WAF1 and p53 in HCC was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues, with p21WAF1 positive in 14 cases (36 8%) and p53 positive in 28 cases (73 7%). 18 cases were homozygous, 20 cases with inconsistent expression. The positive expression of p2 1WAF1 was observed in 1 case of paracancerous liver tissue (26%) and 2 cases of normal liver tissue, but no expression of p53 was found in all paracancerous and normal liver tissues. There was no significant relationship between the expression of p2 1WAF1 and p53 in HCC (P > 0 05). There was no significant difference in the expression of p2 1WAF1 and p53 between different histological grades, intrahepatic metastases, or portal vein tumor thrombus (P > 0.05). Conclusion The expression of p2 1WAF1 and p53 in cancer is higher than that in paratumor, but there is no correlation between them. It suggests that the expression of p2 1WAF1 may be regulated by p53-dependent and p53-independent pathways.
