衡量一个校长是否真正在提升学校教育质量,关键是看他能否在学校管理的方方面面体现人文关怀,也就是说,学校管理能否贯彻“将教育关怀进行到底”。“对所有老师要好”是我校长生涯中的管理信条。“对所有老师要好”,就是要不断提供优质服务,满足每一位教师“最近发展区内”的内在需求。学校管理的创新是一种特色提升,所以,校长要认识和引导学校特色的现代转换。
To measure whether a principal is really improving the quality of school education, the key is to see whether he can reflect the humanistic care in all aspects of school management. That is, whether the school management can implement “carrying out educational care to the end”. “Being better for all teachers” is the management tenet of my principal’s career. “To be good for all teachers” is to continuously provide quality services to meet the inner needs of each teacher’s “recent development area.” The innovation in school management is a feature enhancement. Therefore, the principal must understand and guide the modern transformation of school characteristics.
