1980年以来,我国引进并试制了一批小方坯连铸机,这对我国中小型钢铁厂的技术改造起了推动作用,因为要发展这一技术,不仅要求革新浇铸工艺,同时,对炼钢、耐火材料等领域的技术发展提出了更高的要求。 R5.25米小方坯连铸机采用多流多机配置,每流均有独立的传动系统,布置总图见图1。其主要性能参数为: 弧形半径(R) 5.25m 结晶器断面范围 70×70~150×150mm 结晶器振动振幅 ±6mm 结晶器振动频率 75~240次/min 拉坯速度 0.57~5.7m/min
