本文描述一种基于８０３１单片机和ＴＣ８８３０ＡＰ语音处理器的ＰＣ机智能语音卡，通过软硬件设计解决了ＰＣ一８０３１－ＴＣ８８３０ＡＦ结构中的通讯问题。该语音卡在进行语音的合成、编辑和播放时，仅占用极少的ＰＣ机ＣＰＵ处理时间，能满足计算机系统进行实时语音合成的要求。
This paper describes a PC based on 8031 MCU and TC8830AP speech processor intelligent voice card, through hardware and software design to solve the PC a 8031-TC8830AF structure of the communication problems. When the voice card is synthesized, edited and played, the voice card occupies very little processing time of the PC CPU and meets the requirements of the computer system for real-time voice synthesis.
