教师的生存状况是教师在工作中的物质及其精神状况。农村幼儿教师生存状况不容乐观,关注其生存状况有助于改善她们的工作及生活环境,推进农村幼儿教育事业的发展。
Teachers ’living conditions are the teachers’ material and mental state at work. Survival status of preschool teachers in rural areas is not optimistic about their living conditions will help improve their work and living environment and promote the development of rural preschool education.
