又一年的全国军转安置工作总结座谈会顺利落下了帷幕。此次会议,承载着共识的凝聚、智慧的汇集、亮点的展示、意愿的表达。与会代表们围绕军转安置工作,热烈讨论,集思广益,知无不言,建言献策。从改进计划分配军转干部安置工作,建立公平公正的安置机制,到制定优惠政策,积极拓宽安置渠道,引导军转干部到中小城市、基层、企事业单位工作,再到建立健全自主择业军转干部管理服务体系,促进管理服务工作规范化、制度化等等,集中反映了与会代表们对做好军转安置工作的高度关切,以及把转业干部安置好的愿望要求。盘点此次会议的讨论成果,我们对更好地安置军转干部、推进中国特色退役军官安置制度建设充满信心。本期关注,将向读者展示部分省区市分管军转工作的厅局长以及军转办主任关于改进完善分配办法的访谈,有关自主择业管理服务及军转干部培训等问题,后期将陆续推出相关报道。
