以高秆水稻品种百叶籼(对照)、含不同矮秆基因的水稻品种广场矮、新桂矮、双矮为材料,研究其对GA_3不同敏感性的酶学基础。结果表明,携有sd-1sd-1矮秆基因的水稻幼苗对GA_3的敏感性强于携有sd-gsd-g矮秆基因的品种;供试品种对20mg/kgGA_3的反应,表现在体内过氧化物酶活性下降,且下降幅度与各品种对GA_3不同敏感性基本一致。同工酶谱分析结果表明,酶活性下降与A_9,A_(11)谱带有关,A_5谱带与不同矮秆基因对GA_3的敏感性有关;体内吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性下降,下降幅度与不同矮秆基因材料对GA_3敏感性一致。
The enzymatic basis of different sensitivities to GA_3 was studied using the high-yielding rice variety Baiyexian (Control) and the rice cultivars with different dwarfing genes. The results showed that rice seedlings carrying sd-1sd-1 dwarf gene were more sensitive to GA_3 than those carrying sd-gsd-g dwarf gene. The response of tested cultivars to 20mg / kg GA_3 was in vivo Oxidase activity decreased, and the extent of decline with the different varieties of GA 3 sensitivity is basically the same. Isoenzyme analysis showed that the decrease of enzyme activity was related to A9 and A11 bands, and the A5 band was related to the sensitivity of GA3 to different dwarf genes. The indole acetate oxidase activity was decreased, decreased and decreased in vivo Dwarf gene material is sensitive to GA_3.
