在锥齿轮轮坯加工中,严格控制轮冠距尺寸是保证齿轮加工,检测和装配三者基准统一的一个基本条件。本文从分析齿顶圆直径与轮冠距公差存在着一个确定的函数关系出发,指出了HBO—92—76标准附录3中所给定的轮坯公差的不合理性,以及由此而产生的测量方法上的误解和对“轮冠距尺寸”概念上的模糊认识。笔者在介绍目前国外几种轮坯公差选用方法的基础上,建议采用新的轮坯公差确定方法。
In the bevel gear wheel blanks machining, strict control of the wheel crown size is to ensure that the gear machining, testing and assembly of the three basic criteria for a unified condition. In this paper, starting from analyzing the relationship between addendum circle diameter and crown tolerance, this paper points out the unreasonableness of the outline tolerance given in appendix 3 of HBO-92-76 and the resulting Misunderstanding of measurement methods and the fuzzy understanding of the concept of “wheel crown size”. Based on the introduction of several current methods of selecting tolerances for round blanks, the author proposes to adopt a new method for determining the tolerances of round blanks.
