社会主义市场经济体制的建立,带来了我国社会各个领域的深刻变革,技工教育在巨大的改革浪潮面前,怎样赢得自身的生存和发展,更好地发挥主动为经济建设服务的职能,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。国务院关于《中国教育改革和发展纲要》的实施意见明确指出,技工教育的培养目标应是社会大量需要的具有一定专业技能的熟练劳动者和各种实用人才。要达到这样的办学目标,突出要解决的问题,就是使学校的专业设置与经济发展和企业用人需要相适应。本文将就此谈一点我们的做法和看法。
The establishment of the socialist market economic system has brought about profound changes in various fields in our society. Facing the huge wave of reform, how to win over its own survival and development and to give full play to its functions of proactively serving economic construction, A major issue before us. The State Council’s Opinion on the Implementation of “The Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” made it clear that the training target for technical education should be a skilled worker and a variety of practical talents with a certain amount of professional skills which are in great demand in the society. To achieve such a school goal, highlighting the problem to be solved is to make the school’s professional settings and economic development and employers need to adapt. This article will talk about our practices and opinions.
