在温和条件下合成了一种有机胺硼酸盐B3O4(OH)·0.5(C4H10N2),通过单晶衍射的手段解析其晶体结构。在不同温度下对该物质进行加热,观察其红外光谱的变化判断其内部的结构是否能够保持稳定,并通过热重分析进行补充说明。发光光谱的测试表明,使用354nm的紫外光激发样品是,得到428nm的主发射峰。在不同温度下加热后,该物质的发光特性发生明显的变化。这种变温的改性实验证实有机胺硼酸盐是一种可能的白光LED上的蓝光材料。
An organic amine borate B3O4 (OH) · 0.5 (C4H10N2) was synthesized under mild conditions, and its crystal structure was analyzed by single crystal diffraction. The material is heated at different temperatures, and the change of the infrared spectrum is observed to judge whether the internal structure can be kept stable, and the thermogravimetric analysis is used for supplementing. Luminescence spectroscopy tests showed that excitation of the sample with 354 nm UV light resulted in a 428 nm main emission peak. After heating at different temperatures, the luminescent properties of the material change significantly. This variable temperature modification experiment confirmed that organic amine borate is a possible blue light material on white LEDs.
