目的:进一步探究中度哮喘治疗中茶碱复合糖皮质激素的治疗有效性。方法:收集了2012年4月-2013年4月我院收治的78例中度哮喘患者临床资料进行详细研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,39例对照组患者接受布地奈德治疗,39例研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上,加用茶碱缓释片。结果:研究组哮喘治疗有效率(92.3%)显著高于对照组(71.8%),p<0.05,具有差异统计学意义。治疗后两组患者PEF改善水平显著优于治疗前水平,治疗后研究组患者PEF改善水平显著优于对照组,p<0.05,具有差异统计学意义。结论:中度哮喘治疗中茶碱复合糖皮质激素的治疗效果显著,值得进一步研究推广。
OBJECTIVE: To further explore the therapeutic effectiveness of theophylline complex glucocorticoids in the treatment of moderate asthma. METHODS: A total of 78 patients with moderate asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were studied in detail. The above patients were randomly divided into two groups. 39 patients in the control group received budesonide, 39 Case study group patients in the control group based on the treatment, add theophylline sustained-release tablets. Results: The effective rate of asthma treatment in the study group (92.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.8%), p <0.05, with statistically significant difference. After treatment, the improvement of PEF in both groups was significantly better than that before treatment. After treatment, the improvement of PEF in study group was significantly better than that in control group, p <0.05, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of theophylline compound glucocorticoids in the treatment of moderate asthma is significant and worthy of further study and promotion.
