随着经济社会的发展、人们生活水平的提高和对高层次健康服务的需求,护理服务正逐步向高质量、多元化和人性化方向发展[1]。培养适应现代社会需要的、具有扎实护理技术和现代服务理念的高素质技能型护理人才是目前我们护理教育的根本。针对这些问题,我院护理专业近年来借申报省级护理专业示范实验实训中心的契机,对实验教学管理中存在的问题进行了梳理,并采取相应措施,现报道如下:
